《战友》是一部反战题材影片。在严寒的挪威荒野的上空，英德双方的战机在一场激烈的空战中被彼此击落坠毁。在这与世隔绝的地方，他们必须竭尽全力在严寒的冬季生存下来。尽管战争使他们成了敌人，但是随着日子一天天过去，这种敌对状态很难维持。在对彼此的需要中，一种非常规的友谊开始萌芽。最后他们竟成了亲密的战友。无论如何，战争都是荒谬的。
